Dr. Nirmal Nathan is a highly respected board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with over a decade of experience in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Known for his integrity, surgical precision, and patient-first approach, Dr. Nathan has earned national recognition, including induction into the RealSelf 500 Hall of Fame and appointment as President of the Society of Plastic Surgeons.
He began his journey in medicine through the Honors Program in Medicine at the University of Miami, where he was accepted directly from high school into both undergraduate and medical school programs. His academic excellence continued through medical school, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society.
Dr. Nathan completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at UCSF, one of the nation’s top-ranked hospitals, and served as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery, gaining advanced training in both pediatric reconstruction and adult facial aesthetics—including rhinoplasty, facelift, and eyelid surgery.
